All limited editions are produced individually to order.

Production typically requires 7–14 days prior to dispatch.

Orders are shipped from Belgium via professional parcel services with tracking. Delivery timelines vary depending on destination:

• Europe: approximately 5–10 business days
• USA & Canada: approximately 10–15 business days
• Worldwide: approximately 10–20 business days

Customs clearance procedures may affect delivery times outside the European Union.

All shipments are carefully packaged to ensure safe transit.

International Orders & Customs

International deliveries may be subject to local customs duties, import taxes or administrative charges in the destination country. Such fees are the responsibility of the recipient.

As regulations vary by country, collectors are advised to consult local customs authorities for further information if necessary.

Returns & Exchanges

As each work is issued in a strictly limited edition and produced individually to order, all acquisitions are final.

In the unlikely event that a work arrives damaged, notification must be provided within seven days of delivery, including a brief description and supporting photographs. Following review, appropriate resolution will be arranged.

Refunds are only applicable in cases of confirmed transit damage or production defect.
