All limited edition fine art prints are produced individually to order.
Production typically requires 7–14 days prior to dispatch.
Orders are shipped from Belgium using professional delivery services with tracking. Estimated delivery times after dispatch are:
Europe: approximately 5–10 business days
USA & Canada: approximately 10–15 business days
Worldwide: approximately 10–20 business days
Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on destination, artwork dimensions and customs procedures.
All works are carefully packaged for safe transit.
International Orders & Customs
Orders delivered outside the European Union may be subject to local customs duties, import taxes or administrative charges.
Unless otherwise stated, these charges are not included in the purchase price and are the responsibility of the recipient. As regulations vary by country, please consult your local customs authorities where necessary.
Returns & Right of Withdrawal
For consumers purchasing at a distance, applicable statutory withdrawal rights are respected in accordance with Belgian and European consumer law.
Certain works produced to the buyer’s specifications or clearly personalised, including bespoke dimensions or other individually commissioned specifications, may be excluded from the statutory right of withdrawal.
Where a right of withdrawal applies, the applicable statutory conditions and time limits will be respected.
This does not affect your statutory rights in the event of a defective, damaged or incorrectly supplied work.
Damaged or Defective Works
Every work is carefully inspected and packaged before dispatch.
If your order arrives damaged or you identify a production defect, please contact us as soon as possible and provide your order details, a description of the issue and clear photographs of both the artwork and packaging.
We will review the matter and arrange an appropriate solution in accordance with your applicable statutory rights.
